A kettlebell is a traditional Russian training tool that has been used since the turn of the century to develop full body conditioning and fitness. The off centred weight of a kettlebell recruits more stabilizer muscles and works the targeted muscles through a wider range of motion.

This combines cardio and strength training, it focus’s on movements not muscles, whole body functional training, strength and a function of mobility.
